Raised when

Trading rules not satisfied: on a trading summary, units lost in a distinctiveness band are not replaced by units of the same or higher band (G column negative).

To clear it

Open the trading summary the flag names. The band with the negative balance shows what must be created or enhanced at that distinctiveness or above.
